1. Booking rules

The current offer of apartments available for rent is available on the website www.ustka-apartamenty.pl. The guest may make a reservation in two ways - via the booking application on the website or by phone - directly from the Lessor. After making the reservation, the Guest will receive a confirmation of the booking conditions to the e-mail address provided by him.
The condition for confirming the reservation is a deposit of 30% of the price offer. The Lessor provides the Guest with the following payment methods:

  • transfer in the Sofort online payment system,
  • transfer in the DotPay online payment system (payment via most Polish banks or by credit card),
  • traditional transfer directly to the Lessor's account.

If the payment is made in the form of a quick transfer, the Guest will receive a confirmation of payment and booking after the payment order has been accepted by the online payment system.
If the payment is made by traditional transfer directly to the Lessor's account, the confirmation of payment and reservation will be sent by the Lessor after the payment is credited to the account.
The landlord is not responsible for disruptions resulting from errors on the part of the payment system.
The guest declares that he agrees for the Lessor to store the receipt from the cash register until the agreed arrival date.
Failure to pay the designated deposit by the Guest within 3 working days will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, which will be notified to the Guest by a separate e-mail to the address provided by him.
Exceeding the specified deadline for the payment of the deposit may result in the cancellation of the initial reservation, however, if the reservation is canceled and the guest has made the payment after the deadline, he will be informed about it, and the deposit, after deducting operating costs, will be returned to the payer's account within 7 days.
The remaining amount for the stay will be paid by the Guest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. Any changes to the dates of reservations made are possible under the existing conditions.

2. Price components

The price given in the offer description is gross and includes:

  • stay of two people for one day,
  • the cost of utilities used by Guests,
  • in the event of a desire to book a parking space or other services presented on the Lessor's website, the Guest is obliged to select the selected service. It will then be included in the offered price.

3. Arrival and departure of guests.

The landlord is obliged to provide the conditions for the full and unhampered stay of the customer in the apartment. There is a curfew in the apartments from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace or well-being of the neighbors and does not comply with the commonly used standards of coexistence between people, the Lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and is then not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay. The guest is obliged to observe the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the rented apartment in good condition. The guest is obliged to immediately inform about the damage caused by himself during the stay. The Guest covers the equivalent of these damages and their removal. The arrival of the Guest at the apartment may take place from 2 p.m. on the first day of his stay, and the departure on the last day of the stay until 11.00 a.m. Subject to the existing conditions and after prior arrangement with the Lessor, there is a possibility of earlier arrival of guests. Collection of the keys to the apartment by the Guest takes place after all payments have been made in advance.

4. Rules applicable during the stay of guests.

As for the maximum number of people allowed to live in the apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments. Each Guest undertakes to comply with these recommendations, respect the Owners' property and observe generally accepted rules of public order.
The guest is obliged to properly secure the apartment, which is understood as closing the entrance doors and windows each time they leave it and not disclosing the keys to third parties. If, during the Guest's stay, due to his fault, part of the equipment of the apartment is damaged or lost, the Landlord is entitled to claim the losses from the Guest.
Earlier, unsettled departure of the Guest without handing over the apartment may result in claims on the part of the Lessor.
The guest has the option of reporting to the Lessor all matters related to the stay, including possible damages and breakdowns, in person, by phone or by e-mail.

5. Policy towards children.

Children up to 3 years of age stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed. Children from 3 years of age are counted as of legal age.

6. Policy towards animals

We accept animals in our facility.

7. Confidentiality of personal data

The Guest's personal data will be properly secured and used by the Lessor only for the purpose of providing the service. The guest may consent to the storage of personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with the general provisions.
